Terms and Conditions

In order to confirm your reservation you will be required to make a deposit with PayPal (accepting all mayor credit cards). Or by filling out a form with credit card information to hold room, by email. We also offer other options of payment, please contact us by email: hotelmagellaninn@yahoo.com

REQUIRED DEPOSIT:

• 1 to 6 nights: 1 night deposit
• 7 to 10 nights: 3 nights deposit
• 10 nights or more: 5 nights deposit

Additional information:

• Room rates do not include additional 13% sales tax.
• Breakfast included in all rates.
• All bookings during peak season are prepaid.

CANCELLATION POLICY BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE (OR NO SHOW):

• 0 to 3 days: 100%
• 4 to 7 days: 50%
• 8 to 14 days: 25%
• 15+ days: No charge

All reservations made between December 20 and Jan 05 are prepaid.

The same policy applies for reservations made during Easter Week.
